Saba Raziyan, a creative experienced teacher and a B.A. junior, studying for English translation in SRBIAU. I’ve been teaching English professionally over ۳ years. In addition to being a teacher, in a short time I promote to an educational supervisor. Being accepted as a presenter in ۲nd national symposium and being awarded as a top teacher for two consecutive years could be mentioned as my most enjoyable achievements. Besides having ILI certification, I have my T.T.C. certification and also be an IELTS candidate. Teaching is one of the most pleasurable activities I have ever experienced. Not only is teaching a tool for training others, but also an opportunity for myself to deepen what I have learned. I am whole-heartedly willing to transfer my knowledge to those who are eager to learn. Being both a private tutor and teaching assistant for a wide range of subjects, I have taught varied-background students and gained precious experiences in how to motivate students to learn problem-solving strategies in order to identify and resolve bottlenecks and prioritize challenges. My enthusiasm for teaching was to the extent that I designed specific questions for more talented students as bonus homework when I was a teaching assistant. My goal was to encourage students how to think in a proper way on tough problems to which there is no easy solution and may take much time to be solved. Overall, communicating with students and professors also have aided me to improve my sociability in an academic atmosphere. My first ever experience, attending in one of the national symposiums in Iran as a presenter was like a window opening into a mysterious new world. Writing a proposal in undergraduate level and attending in such a conference is a professionally rewarding experience.
